The Cage
"When hope is lost, all is lost....", is what keeps Riva moving. In the book, The Cage, by Ruth Minsky Sender, reading this gives off a feeling of disbelief on how cruel these Nazi's can be. Riva is a young teenager, that lives life during the Holocaust. When she loses her family, all she has to keep her moving is the words her mother had spoke to her before she was taken away.Riva is a brave, and strong girl, that had many loses, that most girls wouldn't be able to take.

The Horse and His Boy
Your owner is selling you to be a slave, the slave owners horse can talk, and wants to run away with you to a magical place called Narnia. I the book, The Horse and His Boy, by C.S Lewis, Shasta is a very adventuress, and enthusiastic boy. After setting off on their journey, they ran into a girl named Aravis, who was also heading to Narnia, so they teamed up for the journey. I loved reading about this adventuress duo on their exciting travels, and hope that the movie is as exciting as the book.
